I respect that your time is valuable, and I appreciate that you understand that ours is too. I have a 24 hours cancellation notice prior to your appointment time, otherwise I will charge you a cancellation/reschedule fee as shown below.

Clients who cancel a booking less than 2hrs prior or make a booking and subsequently fail to present for their appointment (and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule their appointment) may result in a no-show fee being applied which will be equal to the value of the original services booked.
